List Rental and Data Licensing FAQ

+How can we select our targeted market/s?
You can target your market/s in a variety of different ways. You can target the organisations you require by business type, geography, company size, turnover, products purchased, etc. You can then target the contact within those organisations by job title or job function. Please contact our experienced team and they will be glad to help you select your target market.

+What is the difference between List Rental and Data Licensing?
• List Rental allows you to mail the information only once.
• List Rental including telephone numbers allows you to mail once and make one telephone contact.
• Data Licensing allows you to use the data as many times as required during the length of the licence, usually 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

+How do we receive counts and cost estimates?
Our team will advise you and provide you with free of charge counts and cost estimates until you are happy with the final result.

+What is your minimum order value?
We have no minimum order value.

+How do I pay for the data?
Via credit card or we can invoice you (please supply full invoice details when ordering)

+How do we order?
Once you are happy with our count and cost estimates we will send you an order confirmation by email. This needs to be checked, and either signed and returned by fax or attached with your Purchase Order Number and returned by email. Once we have received your order confirmation, we will process your data ready for dispatch.

+What format can I have the data in?
• Comma Separated Variable – CSV
• Text Delimited File – TXT
• Microsoft Excel – XLS
• Microsoft Access Database – MDB

+How are the files supplied?
• Via Email
• Via FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
• On Disk
• On CD-Rom
• On Self Adhesive Labels

+How long will it take for you to receive my data?
Usually data is despatched to the customer within One to Two working days, from receipt of order.

+What is your Net Name Policy?
We give an 85% net on 20,000 plus records. There are no run-on charges.

+Who has used our lists?
We serve all size of businesses from 'one man bands' to large multinationals. Our portfolio includes: Bargain Booze, Britvic, Camelot, Coors, Gallahers, Heinz, Post Office, Switch, Weetabix.

+How can we tell if you use the data more than once?
All our lists contain seed records, that allow us to monitor what our clients are sending to their potential customers.

+What is your Gone-Away Policy?
All our mailing lists carry a 97.5% delivery guarantee. This excludes Email addresses. We will pro-rata refund their list rental/data-licensing fee, to customers, who in the unlikely event receive 'gone-aways' of more than 2.5%
