1. Q. How can we select our targeted market/s?
A. You can target your market/s in a variety of different ways. You can target the organisations you require by business type, geography, company size etc. You can then target the contact within those organisations by job title. Each data sheet gives details of the selection criteria available.
2. Q. What data do I get?
A. Unless otherwise specified you will get names and addresses of companies with a contact name where available.
At no extra cost, you may specify you only want named contacts (one per address is standard but again you may have more than one). Telephone numbers are extra, as are demographic values against the company. We do not release email addresses.
3. Q. What is the difference between List Rental and Data Licensing?
A. List Rental allows you to mail the list only once. If your list order includes phone numbers you may mail the list once and make telephone contact. Data Licensing allows you to mail the list multiple times during the length of the licence, usually 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Our lists contain seed records, which allow us to see the number of times it is mailed.
4. Q. How do we receive counts and cost estimates?
A. Please discuss your targeting requirements with us. Based on the selection criteria you wish to use, we will provide you a count of the number of companies and contacts available to target. Our pricing is based on a cost per thousand records.
5. Q. Is there a minimum order value?
A. For orders of less than a thousand the cost per thousand applies.
6. Q. How do I pay for the data?
A. We much appreciate payment by credit card for orders of less than £500. Otherwise we can invoice you, for which we require your company registration number and billing address.
7. Q. How do we order?
A. Once you are happy with your count and cost estimates we will send you an order confirmation. This needs to be checked, signed and returned by fax or email. Once we have received your order confirmation, we will prepare and dispatch your list.
8. Q. How will you supply the list to me?
A. A password protected Excel spreadsheet as an email attachment is the most common. If you prefer another method please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
9. Q. How long will it take for you to receive my data?
A. Once the Order Confirmation is signed we are usually able to despatch the list in less than 4 hours, depending on the time of day.
10. Q. What is your Net Name Policy?
A. We will negotiate a deal on orders of over 20,000 records.
11. Q. What is your Gone-Away Policy?
A. We will refund double the price-per-record for gone aways returned to us. (i.e. 34p per mailing pack, 10p per phone number)
12. Q. Do you discount for brokers and agencies?
A. Sorry, no all our clients pay the same rates.
