HTML or Text Only.
Our team offer a bespoke HTML design service. All you have to do is supply any artwork, text and external web links you wish to be included.
Unfortunately, no but you can add a link to your HTML and host the attachment on your website.
Our system has been specifically built not to support attachments. We did this for a number of reasons.
1. We ensure that your campaigns are unable to send viruses that propagate through attachments.
2. You’re not forcing an attachment into recipients mailboxes. Large attachments + limited storage or slow connection = angry subscriber.

We offer an 80% deliverability guarantee. This guarantee only applies to the first broadcast of multiple broadcasts.
There is no typical open rate. The rate obtained will depend on the type of recipient being targeted, what the offering is, when it was sent, the size of the list and many other factors. Most well targeted campaigns will have open rates between 5% to 30%.
Some broad trends include:
• As list size goes up, the open rate tends to fall
• Desk based target recipients e.g. office
workers will produce higher open rates than customer facing target recipients e.g. Pub or Convenience Store owners or managers.
• More specific niche topics will result in higher open rates than emails on broader topics

All of our standard emails are personal names e.g. name@company.co.uk. However we are sometimes given generic email addresses when carrying out research e.g. sales@company.com. These generic emails are also commercially viable and are available upon request for anyone wishing to topup their list volumes.
We remove all public domains from our files eg. Yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc.
We will offer a refund pro-rata on any hard bounced emails over 20% of the complete list.
All our email collection, maintenance and broadcasts are in accordance with EU directives and current UK law. All contacts are opted-in and any contacts that have not granted permission or otherwise unsubscribed are removed from future mailings. All contacts are given the option to unsubscribe from future mailings.
